How the A&B Film System Works

UV DTF production uses coordinated film layers to move printed artwork from the printer to the finished hard surface.

1. Print on the A film. The artwork is produced using the compatible UV DTF ink system.
2. Build the printed layers. UV DTF production uses color, white, and varnish as part of the printed transfer structure.
3. Laminate with the B film. The second film becomes part of the transfer and application process.
4. Transfer to the surface. Position and apply the finished graphic to a compatible hard surface without a heat press.
